Unfortunately, we are unable to refund or cancel any orders.
To ensure that your order is perfect, please browse our FAQ or reach out us here should you require further assistance!


If you’ve ordered the wrong size, you can contact us within 14 DAYS of receiving your order.

We’ll offer a one-time size exchange with 2 options:

  • Walk-in exchange at our store (NeWest Mall #01-K9) [Complimentary]
  • Direct 2-way doorstep courier exchange [$15]

For international exchanges, we offer a one-time exchange at SGD35.

For all exchange enquiries, please do drop us a text on our Whatsapp Business number at +65 8892 0922, with your order number / screenshot of your order confirmation so that we can check for you.  Do note that all exchanges are subjected to stock availability!

Defects and Damages

Please inspect your items upon receiving them and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Our team will evaluate the issue and make the necessary arrangements to have your items replaced.

Product Warranty

TSC offers a Limited Warranty on all our jewellery products, and will replace any jewellery purchase proven to be defective at our discretion within 3 months after the date of purchase.

This warranty against defects only covers damage that, in the opinion of The Starry Co, is not caused by inappropriate use, ordinary wear and tear (including natural tarnishing), careless handling, attempted repair or failure to adhere to our care tips. Every product found to be faulty under this warranty may be:

  1. Replaced by an identical piece, subjected to availability; or
  2. Refunded in full
