Preorders
Expected waiting time is 6-8 weeks (for local orders) and 10-12 weeks (for worldwide orders). Please note that these timeframes apply to both non-peak and peak periods, and are calculated from the preorder closing date.
Before placing a preorder, please ensure you are comfortable with the waiting time. Securing a preorder early will help prevent disappointment due to potential stock limitations.
Payments
The Starry Co. offers various payment methods, including Credit/Debit Cards, PayNow, Grabpay, Atome, ShopBack, and more. Please note that all orders made after payment are final - no refunds/cancellations can be made. To ensure a smooth delivery process, kindly ensure that all required information submitted is accurate to avoid possible shipping delays or product shipment errors.

Yes, we offer a limited warranty on all our jewellery products, and will replace any jewellery purchase proven to be defective at our discretion within 3 months after the date of purchase.
This warranty against defects only covers damage that, in the opinion of The Starry Co, is not caused by inappropriate use, ordinary wear and tear (including natural tarnishing), careless handling, attempted repair or failure to adhere to our care tips. Every product found to be faulty under this warranty may be:
- Replaced by an identical piece, subjected to availability; or
- Refunded in full via store credit (valid for 6 months)

Our Diamond Simulant jewellery are all made from White Gold-Plated 925 Silver, and AAAAA-Grade Diamond Simulants.
All TSC and TSK products are perfect for sensitive skin types! Our jewellery pieces are hypoallergenic, and are 100% free from Nickel and Lead - which makes it safe for the sensitive skin!
Each TSC Jewellery comes with a complimentary polishing cloth which you can use to wipe your jewellery with whenever it needs some extra shine. You can also give your high-quality jewellery pieces a light wash.
- All you need is: Lukewarm water, mild soap, soft toothbrush and a soft towel.
- Soak you jewellery pieces in lukewarm water for 5-10minutes
- Use the toothbrush with mild soap to softly brush the jewellery piece in circular motion
- Rinse the soap away with water and dry it off with a towel
If you would like your jewellery to be cleaned professionally by us:
- We do have free jewellery cleaning service, however do note that there is a 2-way delivery charge of SGD15, or
- Bring your jewellery to our showroom for free cleaning

You may wear your pieces for quick hand washes, however we advise against wearing it in the shower as harsh chemicals in your soaps could tarnish your pieces quicker than you'd like, causing the shine to appear dull.

- For the safety of your child, we always recommend to remove their jewellery before sleep or shower. Please take note that our pieces are suitable for children aged 4 years and up only with close adult supervision, unless stated otherwise.

All of our pieces are made with high quality gold-plated 925 Silver, which is hypoallergenic (nickel and lead-free) and resistant to rust, discolouration and corrosion. It is safe but we always recommend testing a small area of your child's skin before allowing prolonged wear, especially if they have known sensitivities.

- Our Standard local deliveries are entirely free for all orders of jewellery, and Express local delivery is available at additional SGD12.
We are also offering FREE Worldwide shipping for all orders of Starry jewellery, and a flat rate of SGD20 for all purchases of Starry Store items. Express worldwide delivery is available at additional SGD30 or SGD45 depending on where you are shipping to!

- All our local orders are fulfilled through J&T Express or Ninjavan Courier, and Worldwide orders are fulfilled through SingPost/UPS or DHL.
